A Grand Marshal is selected each year as a means to recognize a community leader who believes in the mission of Ak-Sar-Ben's River City Rodeo & Stock Show. They begin their reign at the annual Buckaroo Bash gala and are part of all River City Rodeo & Stock Show activities and celebrations through October.
